WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED ?

Most orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Orders should arrive within 2-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email letting you know your package is on its way.

That said, holiday orders may take longer than usual because of an increase in volume and may take up to 3-4 days for fulfilment. Delivery for orders placed after December 15th cannot be guaranteed by Christmas.

CAN DORCO PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND ?

We do not ship products outside of New Zealand. We apologise for this inconvenience. If you have an address within the New Zealand that we could ship to, you most definitely would be able to order our products that way.

DO YOU OFFER RAZOR CARTRIDGES THAT WILL FIT MY GILLETTE® OR SCHICK® HANDLE ?

Our cartridges do not fit the handles of other brands.

Yes, all Dorco razor systems and cartridges on our website are interchangeable. You’d be able to use a 4 blade razor handle with a 3, 4, or 6 blade razor cartridge. This works for all systems and cartridges on our site — both mens’ and women’s.

CAN I TRY OUT DORCO PRODUCTS FOR FREE BEFORE BUYING THEM ?

As you can imagine, we get many inquiries regarding product samples. Unfortunately, we don’t offer free samples.

CAN I JUST PURCHASE RAZOR HANDLES ?

We do not sell our handles separately. All razor handles include at least 2 cartridges.

HOW CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING ON MY ORDER ?

Shipping is FREE in when you spend $25 with us!

HOW DO I KNOW THE COST OF SHIPPING FOR MY EXACT ORDER ?

All other orders pay $3, flat rate. That’s it (unless you’re at a rural delivery address – add $5).

WHAT TYPE OF RUBBER IS USED IN DORCO’S RAZOR HANDLES ?

The rubber used in all Dorco handles are synthetic rubber, which is also latex free.

WOULD DORCO RECOMMEND A SIX-BLADE OR FOUR-BLADE RAZOR FOR MEN ?

While both products provide a superior shave, it really comes down to personal preference when choosing between our 3 blade, 4 blade and 6 blade products. Our top-sellers right now are our 6 blade mens’ razors. If you’d like to try out whether a 4 blade or 6 blade razor is right for you, all of the razor systems and cartridges on our web site are interchangeable. You’d be able to buy a 6 blade razor handle and try out a 3 or 4 blade razor cartridge, or vice versa. Since our products cost loads less than leading brands, you definitely have room to try out different types of razors and cartridges to find some that fit your needs.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DORCO SYSTEMS AND DORCO DISPOSABLE RAZORS ?

With Dorco systems, you’re able to purchase replacement cartridges. Our disposable razors do not allow for you to purchase additional refill cartridges since they are disposable razors. Both products are great, but it depends on your needs and preferences regarding razor types in order to figure out which is best for you.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REPLACE MY RAZOR’S CARTRIDGE ?

Both disposable and razor system cartridges will last for varying amounts of time for different people depending on hair type and personal shaving comfort levels. We generally suggest our razors last about 10-20 shaves, but again, this could vary depending on your needs.

Since our products cost loads less than leading brands, you definitely have room to try out different types of razors and cartridges to find some that fit your needs.

WHAT DOES THE X REPRESENT NEXT TO A NUMBER BY YOUR PRODUCTS ?

The “X” represents the number of items in that specific product. For example, if you are looking at the Pace 4 Cartridges (4 Pack), (FRA1040) and it has X 16, meaning the item will contain 16 individual razor blades. (4 packs of 4 cartridges per pack).

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN A PRODUCT IS BACK IN STOCK ?

To know when a Dorco product is back in stock, you have two options:
1) Sign-up for our promotions email list at the bottom right-hand side of any page of our website.

DOES DORCO OFFER 5 BLADE RAZORS ?

We do not offer a 5 blade razor. We do, however, offer the world’s first 6 blade razor + trimmer. You can view all of our systems (6, 4, and 3 blades) here. 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PACE 6 PLUS, (SXA5000): 6 BLADE + TRIMMER SYSTEM FOR MEN AND ANY OTHER DORCO SHAVING SYSTEM ?

The difference between our Pace 6 Plus, (SXA5000): 6 Blade + Trimmer System for Men and any of our other shaving systems is that the Pace 6 Plus, (SXA5000) razor has a trimmer. With one quick flip, you’d be able to sculpt and trim facial hair.

HOW CAN I CLEAN MY CARTRIDGES AND REDUCE BUILD UP ?

To clean your cartridges and reduce build up, we recommend to rinse your razor in hot water and dry the razor completely with a towel to remove and soap residue that might be left to prevent build up. If you haven’t tried already, we recommend blasting high pressure water on the back side of the cartridge to loosen up and clean away any remaining hair.

WHAT DORCO PRODUCT IS BEST FOR CARING FOR A HEAVY BEARD ?

For heavy beards, many consumers have commented highly about our Pace 6 Plus, (SXA5000): 6 Blade With Trimmer for Men. The additional blades and flow-through construction allow for a more seamless shaving experience as there will be less chance for clogging. Our products are currently available in selected supermarkets. If yours doesn’t stock them, ask them to! However, if you’re located in the NZ, shipping is only $3. All orders $25 and over ship for FREE!

We currently accept credit card payment online with the following major credit cards: MasterCard, American Express, and Visa.

AM I ABLE TO APPLY MORE THAN ONE COUPON CODE TO MY ORDER ?

No, you are only able to apply one coupon code per order.

IF MY ORDER IS WRONG, CAN I MODIFY IT ?

We are unable to modify orders after they are placed. However, we could cancel your order for you so that you can reorder the correct items, if your order is Awaiting fulfllment and has not shipped out. If you would like us to cancel your order please contact us here.

IWHY IS MY CREDIT CARD NOT WORKING ?

When credit cards are not accepted by our system online, it’s an automatic filter in place by our payment portal. If the credit card continues to not be accepted, we suggest trying a different card to see if you’ll be able to move forward without getting the same error message. If your cards are still not accepted by our system, we suggest contacting your credit card’s bank to determine what the problem may be. IF YOU ARE USING FIREFOX, PLEASE TRY A DIFFERENT BROWSER.

AM I ABLE TO APPLY A COUPON CODE TO SALE ITEMS ?

No, coupon codes do not work on sale items because the sale items are already heavily discounted. The codes are not applicable towards sale items.

IS THERE A MAXIMUM ORDER AMOUNT LIMITATION WHEN USING A PROMOTIONAL COUPON ?

Yes, the maximum order size when using a promotional coupon is $150.
